- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One bad experience after another. Dr. was good at first visit, but NP leaves something to be desired. Ordered MRI and never received a call back for results, had to pick them up myself at Simon Med. Even after calling 5 times to ask if she looked at them, person answering the phone said it could take up to 3 weeks to get results from Simon Med, even though I already had them in hand 3 days after the procedure. They lie, and never return phone calls, and the last 3 calls, they asked for my info, put me on hold, and hung up on me, and never tried to even call me back.
