- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I get there for a mri and my daughters ultrasound with bcbs insurance. They tell me the day of the appointment that i have to pay $740 thank goodness for my fsa. I paid it expecting for once the insurance made final payment that my card would be refunded minus the $40 copay. Services were in may and its now august and they just keep me in a run around. My fsa account is suspended because of them and i am about to file a complaint with bbb. How does a company get paid for services and does not refund your account right away? 6-8 weeks for investigation? Then when u call...oops last time u called it was never submitted so 6-8 weeks starts now??? What a joke!January 18, 2017by LUZ SERRANO
